Household Hazardous Waste Collections happen 2 times per year. One is in the Spring in Falls Village, CT, the second is usually in October in Torrington, These dates are not established until early in the year (usually by March). The dates will be listed here. Registration is required for these events. Registration is not available until approximately 1 month before the collection event.
